Tracy Donovan
President
Tracy has over 20 years of project management experience in the construction industry with her primary focus on radiation shielding which involves complex concrete and structural requirements. She has performed as Project and Program Management on various projects ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000 and has managed over 50 personnel to accomplish all project deadlines. She is responsible for direct contact with the architects, engineers, owners, owner representatives, plant engineers, and subcontractors. Tracy demonstrates amazing attention to detail and ensures that projects come in on time and in budget.

James L. Davis
Chairman of the Board
Recently retired CEO and founder of James L. Davis, Inc., Jim's 50+ years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction field, with a strong background in structural concrete and has completed numerous multi-level structures including health and medical facilities along with large retail projects. With an emphasis over the past 30 years on cancer treatment centers, JLD has renovated or constructed over 183 facilities nationwide. He has held a range of positions including VP of Operations for over $160 million dollar per year firm and constructed a wide variety of projects up to $48 million dollars in value. Jim attended the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville and Professional Graduates Institute in Tampa, Florida. Jim is currently enjoying retirement in the Largo, Florida area.

Barabara Baenen
Office Manager
Barbara has been “holding down the fort” at JLD for over five years now. Prior to JLD, she held a clerical position with the local county building department and was self-employed for several years in the print production industry. Barbara is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Dr. John Williamson
Director of Marketing & Sales
John is a retired national manager from Varian Medical Systems. John’s integrity, industry knowledge (35 years of medical capital equipment sales and sales management including 25 years with Varian Medical Systems) and customer contact base are vital in the marketing of JLD. John is a graduate of Alfred University-Alfred, NY, B.A. Physics 1963, University of Nevada-Reno, NV, M.S. Physics 1966 and University of California–Riverside, CA, Ph.D. Physics 1971.

Jason Enfinger
Lead Project Superintendent
Jason is involved with on site project coordination, decision-making and supervises the activities of employees and subcontractors during actual contract /construction performances. He has completed dozens of projects for James L. Davis, Inc. including numerous cancer centers, radiation treatment vault additions, and radiation oncology re-shielding/renovation projects. He possesses a strong background in structural concrete, and brings over 20 years of in-depth construction knowledge to the team.

Conrad Hancke
Project Superintendent
Conrad has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has constructed many of James L Davis, Inc.’s more technically challenging projects to include removing multiple walls from existing vault in a hospital environment.

Jay Pugh
Project Superintendent
Jay has 15 years of experience and completed several projects around the U.S. for James L. Davis, Inc. including medical facilities and radiation oncology re-shielding/renovation projects. He is hands on daily with on site project coordination, and supervises the activities of employees during actual contract performances.
